TERMS

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to deny or cut short the session if any of our staff feel that a client’s behavior, attitude, presentation may compromise the Experience for other clients.

We do not offer childcare facilities, so please ensure that a responsible adult attends to supervise any children during the session. We recommend not bringing children unless you have booked a Family Photo-Shoot.

Please allow between 3-4 hours for the session.

The cost covered session can only be used once by any person, either individually or accompanying a friend/family on another booking.

In the event of late arrival (more than 20 minutes), your session cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, we may provide either a shortened makeup session or cancel the appointment altogether.

You will receive confirmation of your booking by email only.

Appointments can be amended by calling the Diary Management Team or by email.

Any discounts or special offers provided during your session will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.

Copyright for all images rests with The Studios UK, and prints must not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from the Company. If you purchase any Digital images, you will be provided with a Copyright Certificate granting permission to reproduce images as you wish.

Digital image orders if paid monthly, will be provided once the full payment has been made.. Print orders will be dispatched within 28 days of the appointment.

Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.

The Studios UK has no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to any personal belongings or valuables.

The Studios UK has no liability whatsoever for any injury or fatality sustained within the Studio or at any time during the shoot. The same applies for children who should be supervised at all times, and this remains the client’s responsibility.
